A Smile Can Always Help

Do you know, the outer world which you think is responsible for your activities, perception, behavior is not the only factor which plays an important part, it is also your inner world too. Indeed, the inner world can have a more substantial effect on you than the outer world. We often say that the whole world resides inside us, it is actually two hundred percent correct to say that.

Focusing directly on real life examples, how often do you find yourself doing things easily and in a good mood when you are happy? Well, that is a foolish question to ask. We generally tend to be doing our activities happily when we are happy.

So, what if we try acting happy even in tough situations? Like how about stretching up your jaw muscles a little whenever you feel a little tense? How about faking a smile at times when you are about to break, smiling is always better than tears you see. Smiling pushes your brain to feel yeah all is well, we can manage things and nothing is out of control. In tough situations, our brain feels restricted, constrained and sink because we ourselves are trying to be a little sick, okay though we can't blame ourselves for that, tough times are difficult to handle. But how about making yourself believe that things are good and manageable even though you might not think so, but just faking it for the sake of it for some moment. A simple way for doing it is SMILING.

I am trying to relate here an important principle named BioFeedback. It is somewhat a complex thing if you try to google can figure things out. But, I can give you a sense of it here.

Okay, so there was an experiment conducted among two groups of people. Both were shown a comical short movie. But, one group was forced to keep smiling during the movie while the other group was allowed to sit in any posture. Just in case you are thinking how can one be made to smile forcefully, a small pencil was kept inside their mouth, jaw to jaw, to keep the mouth in the posture of a smile.
So, what happened was, the group which were made to smile throughout forcefully actually found the movie to be very comical, while the other group would the movie just okay.

So, what you think. Whatever you might think, for or against of what I have stated, it is definitely worth a try. Next time, when you find yourself surrounded with problems and things might seem going out of hands. Forcefully try to smile. Try it once, in any case a smile would be better than the drops of tears.

" Smile at your problems and the problems will smile too "
Keep smiling. Keep loving.
