Can Someone Distort Your Reality And you would still Hug him?

" Reality Distortion Field "
Okay, so by mere looking at the words in the quotes above, one might think it is something that makes a negative sense, like someone is trying to distort you, deviate you from your reality and make you do things that they want to do. Doesn't it.

Well, this term Reality Distortion Field was basically used in the premises of the company that has the largest amount of hard cash, the Apple. And to be specific it was used for Steve Jobs, the very founder of the Apple.

Now, does the term in quotes display a positive sense?

Now here is the explanation, Steve Jobs always had a great vision and wanted to deliver the best technologically driven products. He always asked his team to go beyond the limits. Very often, when the team thought of something as a highly impossible task to complete, Steve imparted them with words and a vision, that it is not impossible and can be achieved. In this way, he was able to shatter the film of reality seen by his team mates and employees, and make them see and persuade something beyond their thought capabilities, and ideally what he wanted out of them.
Isn't that cool? Now you know, why apply is or was so successful.

Giving a more insight of the story, once Steve Jobs asked his technical team to fix the issue of the time consumed by the system during booting; he wanted the speed to be reduced by 10 seconds. This task seemed humongous and nearly impossible to them. But, Steve had different plans to get his goals achieved. He asked them, can they reduce the speed because someone's life is dependent on it? He explained that, averagely a person boots around 3-4 times thus, if time of booting is reduced it would save 30-40 secs daily which is about 4-5 hours yearly.
Suddenly, the technical team had a different vision all together, finally around their handwork, they were able to achieve the target; they reduced the speed not only by 10 seconds but by 20 seconds.

Okay, so how to apply this psychology into your life, firstly it would be great if you can surround people who have such potentials of distorting you from your realities, also if there is no one around you with such a personality, then it is you, yes you are the one with the qualities similar to that of Steve Jobs.
Cheers.

You too? Yes, #metoo

#metoo has been in the buzz. Be it the micro-blogging site Twitter or friendly networking site Facebook.

Talking about its origin, prominent public figure, Alyssa Milano, posted on twitter, urging all women who have been assaulted or harassed in the past, to write #metoo on Twitter. So, within ours an epidemic was seen, many women started using their Twitter handle to post #metoo and slowly it spread to Facebook as well.

Most importantly what was the need of it? Don't most of us know how much women have be exploited?
Well, I think there was a need, women are supposed to speak up on such issues, which they might have been facing and turning away from them so that there is no damage done to their social image or to their family's social image.

Women need to speak it out and not be ashamed of it, as it was never their fault in whatever they have faced. They need to open up and tell the world that whatever is happening is not good and is not acceptable by them, turning a blind eye to such instances increase the defaulters courage to repeat such offence in future as well. There needs to be an end to all this, and I think this is the start of the end of all that women have been suffering.

Many women who used #metoo on the networking sites also described how they had been harassed, what this did was, it helped many other women to know that whatever they are considering and ignoring as a usual thing is not so, and is actually a form of harassment. Many defaulters have come to know that what they have been doing saying just for fun, isn't very cool and they should feel ashamed and guilty of whatever they have done.

Using the social media platform, it becomes easier for the women to commute their suffering and also their reach increases to such levels that the defaulters would be humiliated by what they have done.

So, will this epidemic of speaking out about your harassment continue and go to next level or will it end just in the form of hastags?
Well, let us see #whatisnext.

Climbing Inspirations With The One Who Climbed The Everest

Hello readers,
I would love to share with you, the story of a courageous and daredevil girl, MALAVATH POORNA, belonging to a tribal village in Telangana, India.

If you ever wondered, that can the uncivilized rustic people do something great. I would suggest you to read this story with more interest as your imaginations would completely be redefined. And would make you look at the primitive people with signs of great hope.

In the childhood days, when you and me used to play with toys, Malavath Poorna, at the age of just 13 has become the youngest female climber in the world to climb the MOUNT EVEREST. It wasn’t easy for her to emerge from a family of agricultural laborers and become the youngest mountaineer to climb the highest peak in the world.

Malavath comes from a very poor family. Being a farmer in India, one can imagine how much would her family be earning monthly. Just Indian Rupee 3,000, that’s probably your pocket money. She was handpicked by the ANDHRA PRADESH SOCIAL WELFARE RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL which took up the challenge to send tribal kids on this expedition. She was trained for 8 months and prepared to survive in temperatures below zero degree celsius. Many of us have heaters and geezers working when the mercury reads 20 degrees, imagine her condition, she was training in weathers well below zero degrees.

Her willpower to prove that a tribal girl can do something kept her going on the tough journey of the Everest. Indian prime minister, NARENDRA MODI also congratulated her and encouraged her to do well in life and make the nation proud of her.

I hope Malavath, the little girl from Telangana, brought some sparks of inspiration in all of you. I would be back with yet another inspiring story, till then stay inspired and keep smiling.

Psychology can help find love

Love, aaahhhhhhhh
One of the most hotshot topics in the world and one of my favorite topics to have a talk upon.
So, most of us find ourselves fall in love someway or the other, by love here I mean the girlfriend boyfriend kind of love, the kind of love where initially one gets attracted to the other person and gradually wants to spend their entire life together.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Courtesy: pixbay.com

I am going to show here how you can link love, attraction to psychology and help find yourself at the right spot. There is a handsome link between psychology and the world in which we experience things.

Let me first explain things with an example which one can more relate to in day to day life. Why is that a person into gambling business gets so so addicted to it and finds it so hard to get out it even though he seldom wants to play more.
Getting more into the roots of psychology; if we receive two things, one at a regular interval and other at irregular intervals than, we tend to expect the thing to come just next moment when it is coming irregularly, but he tend to ignore the thing which didn't show up this time though it was coming in regular intervals. Getting a grasp of something?

Let me get back to gambling, in this business, the person who starts with gambling is allowed to win initially at irregular intervals, but then he is not made to win for a long time but still the person hopes that the next time he is going to win. And thus he becomes addicted.
This is how important regular and irregular things are.

Now trying to associate the psychological principles with love. When we get attracted to someone we usually look for signs if they love us too. Now at this very moment we notice the other person smile at us. Gosssshhhhh. Life is set.

But here is the trick. We can get confused if the person really likes us or not. If the person passes the smile at regular intervals, we would expect them to smile regularly in future too, but if they don't we can think that they might not be interested in us.
But, if the person is passing the smile at irregular intervals, we tend to expect that they would pass the smile just the next time, and we keep waiting endlessly even though the person is disinterested in us.
Very cool, isn't it?

So, next time someone smiles at you, do keep a check on the psychological principles.

Small Steps Creating large Imprints

Hello Beautiful Readers,
Here is a very interesting story about a youth sensation.

The name of the boy is Bilal Ahmad Dar. He has recently been in the news and when you know the reason you certainly would applaud his work.

Bilal comes from a very poor family in Jammu and Kashmir, India. Presently aged 17, he lost his father when he was 12 years old, due to a water borne disease. Bilal's father used to work close to the lake Wular and due to the water in the river being polluted so very badly by industries and pesticides, he got infected by one of the water borne diseases.

Bilal's father was the only person earning in the family. The incident had a very positive effect on Bilal. He was now on a mission to clean the Wular lake. He wanted to clean the whole lake, though it sounded like climbing Mount Everest then, 4 years from that day he is a hero.

Just to give an idea of how beautiful Jammue and Kashmir is or used to be. Here is a picture of the Neelum Valley.

At the age of 13, Bilal borrowed money from neighbors and he bought a boat. With the help of the boat he manually started cleaning the lake. He didn't want any other person to get infected by the pollution in the river. Bilal collected all the garbage that was dumped in the rivers, he sold all the reusable garbage and thus was able to compensate for his family's financial needs.

Bilal has been very successful in his mission.
He has come into limelight when he was made the Sawachta Ambassador (Cleanliness Ambassador) for the region. He has been doing campaigns for making people aware about cleaning theie environment. He also earns a monthly salary for the work that he is doing now. Bilal's efforts have also been appreciated by the honorable prime minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi

Kudos to such people who try to bring in the change.
It's time we start inspiring others. Keep your environment clean, spread love and happiness.
